Sand, Sea & Sky: A Yoga & Ayurveda Vacation Retreat in Baja, Mexico
February 1–7, 2026
Reconnect with what matters most—your heart, your breath, your joy.
A Heart-Opening Journey Awaits
Cradled between the desert sands and the shimmering Pacific, this special Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat in Baja invites you to slip into a slower rhythm—where breath becomes prayer and the ocean hums a lullaby. Join guides Seán Johnson, Mitesh Raichada, and Sneha Raichada at Yandara Retreat Center for seven sacred days of movement, breath, stillness, and soulful nourishment. Mornings begin with the rising sun and the gentle stir of asana, pranayama, chant, and meditation while evenings unfold under moonlight with kīrtan, sound baths, and fireside storytelling. Whale songs may echo in the distance as you journal by the saltwater pool or wander the coastal hills—feet rooted in earth, spirit lifted by sea and sky.
